He brings over 20 years of experience in public mental health services, encompassing acute and recovery inpatient settings, extensive community services such as intensive outreach and homeless case management, and leadership roles in program planning, development, and implementation. His expertise includes the PACER program at Peninsula Health, the youth early psychosis program at Headspace, as well as emergency mental health and drug and alcohol treatment.
